Responsibilities: Coordinate with operators and escorts for fleet documentation management. Track and update documents, expiration dates, and operational databases. Schedule loads and generate GRTs. Manage client operational platforms (SGOC, Web Control, Drive, OneDrive). Manage roster, timekeeping, and onboarding of new personnel. Handle permits and operational requests. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. · Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in transportation and/or hazardous materials companies. Knowledge of logistics and road transportation. Intermediate Office software skills and experience with management systems. Knowledge of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management. Preferred: Training or certification in hazardous materials transportation (MATPEL I and II, ADR, or equivalent).
