Opportunity for competent and committed professionals We are looking for scaffolders to work at B&H Cardenas S.A.C. with our client SMCV — Location: Arequipa. Your primary role will be planning, assembling, and dismantling LAYHER scaffolding. You must ensure all scaffolding is installed in accordance with safety regulations and project technical specifications. Prior experience in construction and scaffolding handling is essential. You must possess in-depth knowledge of scaffolding-related tools and equipment, as well as occupational safety regulations. A proactive attitude and meticulous approach are required to identify and resolve any issues arising during the project. Additionally, leadership skills are required to supervise a team of workers and maintain effective communication throughout the process. Your ability to work collaboratively and make rapid, accurate decisions will be fundamental to the project’s success.
