In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Supervise all assigned construction activities during the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. * Coordinate on-site activities with various project contractors to help ensure compliance with the quality control plan, considering constraints and external stakeholder requirements or impacts related to or affecting the construction phase. * Monitor construction progress and manage potential deviations from technical specifications through periodic controls, field/laboratory inspections, and tests to avoid rework. * Support all construction activities to help ensure resolution of agreed deficiencies or "punch list" items between the Client and contractors. * Verify compliance with the project's Technical Specifications and engineering drawings. * Perform service-related duties assigned to your role and responsibility. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Professional Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical-Electrical Engineer. * Minimum 5 years of proven experience supervising equipment installation in crushing plant buildings, structural assembly for material handling conveyors, equipment preservation, Level II VT/PT welding inspection, and paint inspection. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the Mining Sector. * Experience developing and reviewing quality control procedures, quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and reports/records. * Experience with quality management systems, non-conformities, change management, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Knowledge of AWS, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. standards. * Experience supervising and controlling mechanical and structural construction processes, materials, and activities. * Must reside in Arequipa – Mandatory. **Additional Information** * All statutory benefits * Statutory Life Insurance * Ongoing training opportunities * Corporate partnership agreements * 6x1 work schedule with rotating rest days
