Food and services concessionaire is looking for a Social Worker with the following profile: **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, or related fields. * At least 1 year of experience in the position * Immediate full-time availability * Willingness to go to the mine site when required (with travel expenses covered) **Responsibilities** * Provide guidance and counseling on social, family, educational, and health issues. * Prepare reports and intervention plans for employees. * Design, implement, and supervise social welfare, mental health, and work-family balance programs. * Collaborate in strengthening organizational climate and corporate culture based on respect and inclusion. * Participate in emergency response or workplace accident procedures. * Process sickness and/or maternity subsidy claims when applicable, from registration to payment collection. * Coordinate internal health, prevention, and social responsibility campaigns. * Other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Be part of a growing company. * Payroll from day one (SME - small company) * Excellent working environment If you meet the requirements and want to become part of our family, don't hesitate to join our team!
