Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible waiter for customer service, familiar with the menu and skilled in service delivery and hygiene maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. What will you do? * Know the dishes on the menu, including preparation time and ingredients used. * Greet and serve customers courteously, respectfully, and promptly. * Set tables properly to provide customers with an enjoyable atmosphere. * Collect and verify orders from each area and deliver them to the table. * Confirm that the customer has paid at the cashier before leaving. * Address any customer inquiries and resolve doubts politely. * Clear dirty tableware and maintain cleanliness and order at tables. * Comply with all biosecurity protocols established by the establishment. What qualifications must you meet? * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience as a waiter or in customer service. * Proactive, responsible, and tolerant of working under pressure.
