Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage industrial control, coordinate personnel, and ensure compliance with production and maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Industrial management and control experience in the textile sector (desirable) 2. Coordination and supervision of personnel 3. Recording and tracking of production and performance reports **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields * Experience in industrial management and/or control * Experience in the textile sector (desirable) * Experience in personnel coordination or supervision **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain records and control of all production material movements * Record information, prepare and distribute daily production management reports, and track them * Record information, prepare and distribute production performance reports * Audit and monitor compliance with planned maintenance programs * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the General Regime * Health insurance and SCTR coverage * 100% transportation allowance * 30% meal allowance * Production bonus Salary: S/.3,000\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
