**RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION ARCHITECT - RETAIL SECTOR**: Education: Licensed and registered Architect (authorized to sign drawings and technical documents). Experience: Minimum 5 proven years in execution, supervision, or site management of retail construction projects, such as commercial stores, supermarkets, franchise locations, or interior renovations. **Technical skills:** Comprehensive supervision of civil works, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations. Quality control, safety, and schedule compliance. Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and design teams. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and advanced Office software. Knowledge of municipal regulations, civil defense requirements, and accessibility standards applicable to the retail sector. **Competencies:** Leadership, organization, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Problem-solving ability on-site, and management of technical staff and workers. Results-oriented, committed, and detail-focused.
