Main Responsibilities * Acquire and advise clients interested in land plots. * Prospect follow-up and sales closure. * Social media and WhatsApp customer support. * Coordination of visits to real estate projects. * Client portfolio management and updating. Requirements * Experience in sales or customer service (2 years or more preferred). * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. * Basic social media proficiency. * Immediate availability.
