We are currently looking for staff for a prestigious cevicheria, responsible for the preparation and service of our marine specialties, and who meets the following profile: **COOK** ***FUNCTIONS:*** * Apply mise en place in the kitchen (chopping vegetables and/or other ingredients for dish preparation) * Know and carry out the preparation and cooking of ingredients that accompany dishes. * Cleaning and disinfection of assigned areas after work duties * Prepare and plate menu items. * Assist with tableware if necessary. * Keep storage areas for supplies clean within their respective work zone. * Perform other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor. * These functions are neither exclusive nor exhaustive. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position. * Specific knowledge in the culinary field (cevicheria). * Possession of a valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * No criminal, police, or judicial records (a labor certification will be requested). * Shifts to cover: 8:30 AM \- 5:30 PM ***from Monday to Sunday*** *(1 day off per week)****. * Immediate availability * Availability to work in Cerro Colorado/Cercado/Characato ***BENEFITS:*** * Inclusion in MyPe payroll. * Lunches covered by the company. * Be part of a continuously growing company. * SCTR and Life Insurance. * Bonuses If you meet the required profile, don't miss this opportunity and join our great family!
