Quarterly award to the department with the best performance We are looking for the best talent for the **Component Operator** position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Machine Tools, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in repairing mechanical components * Knowledge of disassembly and evaluation of frames, gearboxes, and final drives at plant level * Proficiency in metrology tools prior to assembly **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Monthly salary: S/. 1600.00 * Food card: S/. 100.00 * Transportation allowance: S/. 13.00 per day worked * Monthly incentives: approx.
