Candidate inquiry handling and evaluation coordination Our client, a leading company in the asset security sector, is currently seeking a SELECTION ASSISTANT for the city of AREQUIPA. Responsibilities: * Posting job openings and maintaining advertisements across multiple platforms. * **Initial resume screening** according to basic requirements. * Scheduling and confirming interviews; coordinating with departments. * Document management throughout the recruitment process (assessments, references, files). * Updating candidate statuses in **ATS** and generating operational reports. * Handling candidate inquiries and coordinating evaluations/logistics. Requirements: * Graduated in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * **1–2 years of experience in** mass recruitment and selection. * Proficiency in Excel. Benefits: * Formal employment registration from day one. * Salary: 1800 * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM.
