Job Summary: We are seeking a Stainless Steel Welding Assistant to support the fabrication of stainless steel projects, ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and attention to detail for quality projects A metal-mechanical company with over 20 years in the Arequipa market, specializing in stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.) \- 0 Stainless Steel Welding Assistant **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in fabricating stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.) for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. \- Perform welding, polishing, grinding, cutting, and measuring of stainless steel and aluminum tubes (skills acquired on the job) \- Ensure all stainless steel projects comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations. \- Follow the schedule provided by management to complete projects within designated timeframes. \- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. \- Follow instructions from supervisors and technical staff. \- Attend training and development courses as required. **Requirements:** \- No prior experience required \- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively. \- Ability to work effectively and safely \- Good physical condition and ability to firmly hold stainless steel tubes while grinding or polishing. \- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Availability to work overtime when necessary (paid) \- Minimum commitment of 6 months with the company. **Work Location:** Paucarpata \- Villa Jesús, near the Baños de Jesús Zoo. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting at S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside?
