As Executive Chef at Hotel Posada San Agustín, you will be responsible for leading daily kitchen operations, supervising the kitchen team, and ensuring the quality of served dishes. You will also be responsible for menu planning, cost control, procurement management, and coordinating service logistics. This is a full-time, on-site position at our hotel located in Arequipa. **Requirements** * Experience in creating and designing diverse menus, with emphasis on unique flavors and innovative culinary techniques. * Leadership and team management skills, including training and motivating kitchen staff. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and efficient resource utilization in the kitchen. * Organizational and planning skills to coordinate services and maintain high food quality standards. * Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and passion for gastronomy. * Culinary arts education, prior experience in upscale hotels or restaurants, and knowledge of food safety standards are highly desirable.
