Focus on continuous process improvement. **Warehouse Supervisor** **Department:** Logistics / Warehouse **Job Objective** Supervise and ensure the correct receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of merchandise, guaranteeing the proper preservation of supplies — especially perishable products — and compliance with the company’s internal standards of order, cleanliness, and control. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise merchandise receipt, verifying quantity, quality, and condition against delivery notes and purchase orders. * Control and record product inflows and outflows using internal formats and systems, maintaining up-to-date documentation. * Organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring proper distribution and storage of products. * Implement and supervise the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, especially for perishable products. * Conduct periodic inventories and monitor stock discrepancies. * Coordinate timely supply replenishment according to operational needs. * Supervise and carry out cleaning and organization of the area, complying with hygiene and food handling standards. * Support, as needed, in supply collection and basic logistics. * Propose improvements to control and storage processes. **Job Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in logistics, warehousing, or related fields preferred). * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in dealerships or the food industry. * Knowledge of inventory control and handling of perishable products. * Driver’s license (preferred). * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling standards. * Basic proficiency in Excel or control recordkeeping. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and leadership-oriented individual. * Ability to perform physical work and operate under pressure. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Social benefits under the MYPE regime. * Compensation: S/ 1,500 \+ meals. * Positive work environment. * Job stability and opportunity for growth. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **Application** If interested, please send us your CV and join our team.
