Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to schedule, control, and support operational activities; prepare technical reports; and lead teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate work teams, ensuring efficient operations. 2. Propose and implement improvements to optimize processes and increase productivity. 3. Support the development of operational and maintenance plans. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Residence: Arequipa, Cerro Colorado, Yura, or nearby areas. * Experience in mining (preferred). * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Properly schedule and control operational activities for various monthly projected services. * Support the development of operational and maintenance plans, operational plans, and/or maintenance programs. * Verify proper valuation and economic control of operational activities for the services provided. * Monitor progress of contracts managed by the Operations Supervisor. * Propose indicators to measure project plan progress. * Prepare technical reports for various projects. * Draft drawings in **AutoCAD.** * Prepare quality dossiers for various services. * Coordinate technical visits with clients. * Analyze client needs and propose technical solutions for services provided by the company. * Lead and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient, results-oriented operations. * Propose and implement improvements that optimize processes, reduce time and costs, and enhance team productivity. **CONTACT** * Mobile: 955 016 574 * Email: resunisa.eirl@gmail.com Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
