We are a growing metal-mechanical company and are urgently seeking a LATHE OPERATOR to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of metrology, handling cutting and measuring tools, reading mechanical drawings, lathe maintenance. * Graduate or degree holder in Production Mechanics. * Minimum of 2 years' experience as a conventional lathe operator (essential). * Responsible and results-oriented. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Machine parts and components according to blueprints and supervisor instructions to meet production targets. * Perform preventive maintenance on the lathe. * Interpret blueprints and tolerance tables in coordination with the supervisor. * Conduct quality control of manufactured parts according to blueprint specifications. * Properly care for assigned tools and equipment as per company guidelines to ensure optimal performance. * Other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS** * 50% meal allowance * Continuous learning opportunities * Market-competitive salary * Work Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays * Standard labor benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.2,500.00 per month Application questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have immediate availability? * Which district do you live in?
