Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to support commercial management, including quotations, customer follow-up, and internal coordination.

**Education:** Bachelor's degree or candidate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year in commercial areas, corporate sales, customer service, quotation preparation, or similar functions. Experience in service companies serving the mining, industrial, environmental, or occupational health and safety sectors is desirable.
**Knowledge and Requirements:**
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Preparation and follow-up of quotations and commercial proposals.
* Management of databases and customer portfolios.
* Purchase order and commercial documentation follow-up.
* Basic knowledge of commercial indicators.
* Strong writing skills and Office suite proficiency.
* Knowledge of environmental and occupational monitoring services will be valued.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support in preparing and sending quotations;
* follow up on quotations and commercial opportunities; maintain updated customer and prospect databases;
* support new customer prospecting;
* coordinate commercial meetings and follow up on commitments;
* keep the commercial control dashboard updated;
* support preparation of proposals, presentations, and documentation required by customers;
* internally coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Laboratory, Finance, and other departments to meet commercial requirements; and prepare follow-up reports for the Commercial Manager and Management.
