Currently, we are seeking a **Nurse** to supervise the construction and commissioning of a PV project located near **Joya, in Arequipa**. The estimated duration is approximately **18 months**. **Job Mission:** * Occupational Health Surveillance * Control and follow-up of occupational medical exams (pre-employment, periodic, and exit exams). * Identification of workers with medical restrictions. * Follow-up on medical cases and reintegration processes. * Primary Care and Emergency Response * Provide first aid in case of accidents or illness. * Coordinate evacuations and transfers to medical centers. * Maintain the first aid kit equipped and operational. * Conduct health campaigns (vaccination, ergonomics, hydration, etc.). * Train emergency brigades in first aid. * Promote healthy habits and self-care. * Documentation Management and Reporting * Maintain records of medical treatments. * Prepare occupational health statistical reports. * Verify compliance with medical protocols by contractors. * Inspect sanitary conditions (dining areas, changing rooms, restrooms). * Coordinate with the occupational physician and the HSE department. * Participate in emergency drills and emergency plans. * Report activities to AFJ supervisors. **What are we looking for in you to join this experience?** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * At least 2 years of experience in the role. * Experience in solar parks (not mandatory). * Ideally trained in the following courses: * Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health for Nursing (FIDE, Rebagliati Diplomados, CEP, HSE Perú). * Occupational medical surveillance, ergonomics, and health promotion. * First Aid and Emergency Response (training emergency brigades). * D.S.
