Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Assistant to record and analyze accounting transactions, with emphasis on tax regulations and bank reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a WAREHOUSE CLERK to join our dynamic and highly skilled team. PROFILE * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technical diploma holder in Accounting. · Minimum 2 years of experience as an accounting assistant. · Solid knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations and SUNAT procedures. · Proficiency in electronic accounting books and monthly tax returns. · Experience in bank reconciliations and account analysis. · Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. · Experience with accounting software (CONCAR, SISCONT, or others). · Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail. · Responsibility, confidentiality, and commitment. · Experience in accounting firms. · Basic knowledge of SUNAT audits. · Ability to work with multiple companies or RUCs. · Proactivity and results orientation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Recording, analysis, and control of accounting transactions in accordance with current accounting standards. * Analysis of accounting accounts (revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity). * Preparation and review of bank reconciliations. * Control and recording of revenues, sales, collections, and supporting documents. * Preparation of accounting information for monthly and annual tax filings with SUNAT. * Support in tax determination: IGV, monthly income tax, deductions, withholdings, and retentions. * Review and validation of electronic payment vouchers. * Control of electronic accounting books (PLE). * Filing and organization of accounting and tax documentation. * Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Coordination with the responsible accountant and other departments within the company.
