**Job Description**
Handling of specific customer requests.
• Responsible for carrying out internal and external coordination to fulfill the service requested by the customer.
• Creation/opening of commercial orders (OL) referencing the base quotation in SYSCOM.
• Generation of Pre-Reports and Templates in SYSENV.
• Addressing observations from the OI arising during material preparation.
• Tracking material shipments and sample collection with the logistics department.
• Reviewing sampling chains entering RMA to verify that all required data for the requested service are present.
• Unloading coolers and inspecting samples according to D-ENVIDIV-DR-18.
• Verification, control, and recording of sample temperatures.
• Entering data into the SYSENV system to generate the test order number (MA).
• Distributing samples to the laboratory, placing them on trolleys and in their respective locations.
• Recording sample receipt in RIM.
• Reporting any deviations or observations regarding sample receipt to the Manager and/or EdC.
• Logging external complaints in SYSCOM until their respective closure.
• Delivering client-required deliverables within the timeframes stipulated in the contract or quotation.
• Entering field data into SLIM.
• Generating MA and OP test reports.
• Sending test reports to commercial divisions.
• Preparing and delivering to OI-Quality the list of test reports accredited by INACAL.
• Sequentially ordering and archiving issued test reports.
• Preparing valuation (SyEnv), pre-document, and service invoice (SYSCOM).
• Recording Unbills (SYSCOM) and provisions.
• Monitoring Unbills, ensuring they do not remain visible in the system for more than two months after creation.
• Correct use of designated computer tools for tasks under one’s responsibility.
• Performing duties assigned within the Quality Management System.
• Achieving area-specific objectives.
• Complying with the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
**Requirements**
Completed secondary education or technical degree in any field
