




We are looking for a proactive and responsible Teleoperator to join our team at a company dedicated to personnel transportation. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating unit dispatch, performing real-time monitoring of assigned routes, and providing telephone support to drivers. Main Responsibilities: * Handle reports related to transportation services. * Coordinate and dispatch units according to daily scheduling. * Perform real-time tracking of routes and unit locations. * Communicate incidents or delays to supervisors. * Record attendance reports, absences, and operational unforeseen events. Requirements: * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in telephone customer service or call center. * Experience in transportation companies, taxi services, or corporate mobility is desirable. * Knowledge of routes and areas in Arequipa (desirable). * Proficiency with office tools and geolocation systems (GPS). * Availability to work rotating shifts.
