




A company in the underground mining sector is seeking top talent to fill the position of ***JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT***. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar positions such as HR Assistant or HR Associate, preferably within the mining sector. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Update and manage general personnel data, including attendance records, hires, terminations, and internal transfers. * Coordinate with department heads regarding work shifts and assignment of newly hired staff. * Prepare and manage employment contracts and renewals, coordinating their signing and printing within established deadlines. * Issue, register, and deliver departure slips for all unit personnel. * Coordinate scheduling of occupational medical examinations with Tópico. * Execute labor separation processes (e.g., receipt of resignation letters, personnel movement forms, scheduling of retirement EMOs, etc.). * Maintain up-to-date control charts for vacations, disciplinary actions, EMOs, LBS, profit-sharing, and terminations. * Conduct inductions for new employees as required. * Provide assistance and support to staff regarding inquiries on employment contracts, the HR system, and other administrative matters. * Ensure compliance with applicable Peruvian labor regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree No. 728) and the mining company’s internal policies. * Keep personnel files (contracts, addenda, certificates, confirmations, evaluations, training records) updated, both digitally and physically. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, aimed at supporting HR operational functions. * Support the organization and execution of activities related to workplace climate, team integration, and internal Social Welfare campaigns. * Manage and archive physical and digital labor documentation (e.g., contracts, personnel files, memoranda, certifications, etc.). * Participate in updating HR department internal policies, procedures, and templates. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Direct employment with the company. * Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Transportation, meals, and accommodation in camp. * 14×7 work schedule. * 100% coverage under an EPS (Private Health Insurance Provider). * Willingness to work in Chala, Arequipa.
