**1\. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**
Final-year student, graduate, or technical professional in any of the following fields:
* Administration.
* Human Resources / Human Resource Management.

**5\. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION**
* **Support the administration and updating of physical and virtual personnel files**, verifying that documentation is complete, organized, and properly archived.
* **Maintain the personnel database up to date**, recording hires, terminations, position changes, salaries, and other personnel movements reported by the department.
* **Support the preparation, organization, and archiving of employment documents**, such as contracts, certificates, confirmations, pay slips, and other personnel-related documents.
* **Register and update worker information in relevant systems and platforms**, under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
* **Support recruitment and selection processes**, including publishing job announcements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* **Coordinate interviews, evaluations, and employment references**, maintaining updated candidate information and reporting progress to the Human Resources Manager.
* **Request, collect, and verify required documentation for new hires**, promptly reporting any missing documents.
* **Support the onboarding process for new employees**, coordinating documentation, photo ID issuance, PPE, access credentials, attendance system registration, and other onboarding requirements.
* **Support the registration of new hires**, including T\-Registration, insurance enrollments, and other applicable platforms or systems, under supervision.
* **Support general employee induction**, coordinating the delivery of policies, regulations, documents, and induction materials.
* **Coordinate with various departments the presentation and specific induction of new employees.**
* **Support attendance tracking and monitoring**, recording late arrivals, absences, leaves, permissions, overtime, and other attendance incidents.
* **Collect and organize authorizations for leaves, overtime, compensatory time, and vacations**, verifying appropriate approvals.
* **Maintain an updated vacation register**, supporting scheduling, balance control, expiration tracking, and recording of taken vacations.
* **Collect, review, and organize documentation related to medical leaves, licenses, and permissions**, maintaining updated physical and virtual records.
* **Prepare periodic reports on attendance, vacations, incidents, and personnel movements** for review by the Human Resources Manager.
* **Collect and submit to the Human Resources Manager the necessary information for payroll processing**, including attendance, vacations, medical leaves, late arrivals, deductions, and other incidents.
* **Support the distribution, collection, and archiving of pay slips and other employment documents**, maintaining corresponding records and logs.
* **Support the tracking of affiliations, insurance, EsSalud, and other employee benefits**, per departmental instructions.
* **Support the organization and coordination of training programs**, including announcements, attendance registration, materials, and evidence archiving.
* **Support the organization of integration activities, celebrations, recognitions, birthdays, and other well-being initiatives.**
* **Support the drafting and dissemination of internal communications related to Human Resources**, per established guidelines.
* **Respond to administrative inquiries from employees**, providing guidance on internal procedures and referring cases requiring analysis or decisions to the Human Resources Manager.
* **Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics**, collecting and organizing required data.
* **Support the preparation and organization of documentation for audits, inspections, or labor authority requests**, under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
* **Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employees’ personal, employment, and salary information.**
* **Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Management, according to company needs.**
