Requirements: * Graduate and/or bachelor's degree in **Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **three (3) years of experience in similar positions**. * Experience in **toll concession companies** is desirable. * Experience in managing **toll collection operating systems** is desirable. Responsibilities: * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the proper functioning of the concession's systems and software. * Develop and supervise compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Manage standards, procedures, and directives related to ICT solutions. * Ensure information security, data protection, and appropriate use of IT resources. * Supervise the operation of systems and databases. * Propose improvements in digital processes and automation of administrative tasks. * Evaluate and lead the implementation of infrastructure, communications, and information systems solutions. * Manage information backup and restoration policies. * Implement and supervise technology solutions aimed at ensuring operational continuity.
