POSITION: Site Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects. * Proven experience in: * Assembling metal structures (mandatory). * Reading civil and structural drawings. * Quantity surveying, valuation, and site control. * Occupational health and safety knowledge (IPERC, use of PPE). * Availability to work in Matarani. * Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and control fieldwork execution. * Coordinate earthmoving, slab pouring, and metal structure assembly activities. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor project progress and report incidents. * Coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and personnel. * Supervise compliance with on-site safety regulations. * Support cost control and resource optimization. CONDITIONS: * Project duration: 2 months * Work modality: On-site. * Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience.
