Main Responsibilities: \* Manual and/or automatic shot blasting of metal surfaces. \* Operation of shot blasting equipment (compressed air/booth). \* Verification of surface profile and cleanliness. \* Inspection and reporting of deviations. \* Compliance with standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE). \* Proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols. Requirements: Completed secondary education or mechanical technician qualification. Training courses in shot blasting and surface preparation. Knowledge of industrial safety. 1–3 years of experience in shot blasting/sandblasting.
