Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and managing the inventory of blasting materials, ensuring safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance, as well as managing equipment and maintaining workplace cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and dispatch projections for blasting materials. 2. Ensures safety and traceability in the handling of explosives. 3. Actively participates in incident investigation and prevention. **Responsibilities**: * Supervise and manage the receipt and dispatch of blasting agents, explosives, accessories, and blasting initiators, ensuring correct traceability according to a FIFO system for dispatches to blasting projects. Verify that personnel responsible for unloading and dispatching are duly authorized and qualified for access to respective work areas. * Manage inventory status and validate dispatch projections during coordination meetings with procurement departments, based on the weekly blasting consumption plan. * Operate and park equipment in accordance with established safety standards. Maintain all required documentation (e.g., driver's licenses, insurance policies, technical inspections) valid and readily available. * Conduct planned task observations (PTO), preventive safety observations (PSO), and inspections of activities under their responsibility. Report incidents, near-misses, accidents, or occupational illnesses. Additionally, participate in incident investigations, dissemination of lessons learned from events, and closure of corrective/preventive actions. * Ensure workplaces remain clean and orderly. Implement housekeeping and cleanliness campaigns. Provide necessary resources to maintain equipment, tools, and materials clean and organized. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of experience working in industrial raw material warehouses is preferred. * Mining Engineer or related field; must be professionally licensed. * Proficiency in: SAP (Basic), Outlook, and Advanced Excel. * Class A1 driver's license with more than years of validity.
