Job Summary: Assist in supervising work crews, ensuring compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety and hygiene regulations on site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of on-site work teams. 2. Ensuring quality and safety during project execution. 3. Monitoring and reporting on construction progress and material consumption. * Assist in supervising work crews. * Verify that work is carried out in accordance with technical procedures and quality standards. * Supervise the proper use of materials, tools, and safety equipment. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety and hygiene regulations. * Monitor daily work progress and report accordingly. * Assist in coordinating schedules, personnel, and materials. * Identify defects or rework and promptly communicate them for correction. * Prepare basic reports on construction progress and material consumption. * Accompany and support training of operational staff.
