In this position, you will be responsible for supporting disassembly, cleaning, evaluation, and assembly processes of various components from the mining sector, providing assistance in machining and welding processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, planning, and quality. Work is carried out in La Joya from Monday to Thursday on rotating day and night shifts, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Responsibilities: * Support the daily execution of planned activities, adhering to safety procedures, technical documentation, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Assist technicians in preparing and marking parts for assembly according to technical specifications (drawings, sketches, minutes, specifications, etc.). * Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and/or repair tasks on equipment and facilities as required. * Maintain clean and orderly work areas—i.e., perform appropriate housekeeping. * Classify and store end-of-life waste materials in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. * Identify potential hazards and risks in the work area and in equipment requiring intervention. * Assist technicians in performing assembly/disassembly, cleaning, and washing of mechanical components according to the work supervisor’s instructions and record any observations made. * Perform basic painting tasks assigned. * Promote a culture of safety and self-care at the personal level, within your team, and across the entire company. Requirements: * Graduated or near graduation from technical programs in Maintenance Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Production Mechanics, Industrial Electrotechnology, Universal Welding, Tools and Equipment, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * Residence near La Joya.
