We are currently looking for 02 Kitchen Assistants KITCHEN ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS Completed secondary education (certificate) 1 year of experience in related positions Minimum 6 months of experience working in mining camps. Availability to work at the Arequipa mining camp on a 20x10 schedule. Preferably reside in Arequipa (mandatory). FUNCTIONS: Assist the cook and/or head chef with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes Soup preparation Dessert and beverage preparation Perform mise en place Provide support in tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor.
