Excellent working environment We are currently looking for an **Architect** holding a **Bachelor's Degree in Architecture**, to join our team immediately. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate the technical and regulatory feasibility of real estate projects. * Develop architectural designs, land subdivisions, technical drawings, and 3D models. * Manage licenses, permits, and filings with public authorities. * Coordinate with internal departments, specialists, and external entities. * Conduct site visits and supervise technical studies. * Provide technical support to clients, investors, and commercial departments. **Requirements:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Architect. * Minimum 3 years of experience in design and project coordination. * Experience in real estate projects, urban development, and technical filings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar software. * Knowledge of urban, municipal, and physical-legal regularization regulations. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to participate in major real estate projects. * Professional development and growth within the organization. * Excellent working environment.
