Inclusion in the payroll from day one. **Warehouse Assistant** **Arequipa Branch \| On-site Mode** **Join a leading company and continue growing professionally!** **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, and store merchandise according to established procedures. * Monitor and update the stock ledger as well as physical and system-based warehouse inventories. * Prepare, coordinate, and execute product dispatches according to internal and external requirements. * Track merchandise inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate system registration. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of storage areas. * Support efficient planning and distribution of merchandise within the warehouse. * Coordinate with various company departments to ensure timely deliveries. * Identify inventory discrepancies and report incidents to the relevant department. * Prepare stock, movement, and warehouse control reports for decision-making purposes. * Comply with the company's established safety rules and procedures. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, and distribution. * Experience in inventory control and stock ledger management. * Knowledge of merchandise receipt, storage, and dispatch processes. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with delivery guides and logistics documentation. * Ability to plan, organize, and control warehouse operations. * Experience coordinating dispatches and delivery routes. * Strong sense of responsibility, order, commitment, and teamwork. **Working Conditions** * Immediate availability. * Inclusion in the payroll from day one. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Positive work environment in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
