Requirements * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or management functions. * Knowledge of administrative management, budgeting, and documentation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and management systems. Responsibilities * Design and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational and financial efficiency. * Provide support in the administrative management of ongoing real estate projects (documentation, schedules, budgets, and monitoring). * Prepare, review, and organize administrative documents: contracts, letters, reports, and files related to company operations. * Manage documentation for technical and legal files associated with land ownership or development projects. * Support the implementation and monitoring of integrated management systems. * Implement and improve internal policies and procedures: valuations, fund releases, funds to be accounted for, payment flows to suppliers, petty cash, purchase/service order creation, review of monthly declarations, among others. * Participate in the systematization and continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. * Carry out external procedures and transactions with municipalities, SUNAT, SEDAPAR, and other entities as required.
