Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Consultant to lead implementation and strengthening projects of Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSHMS) in the industrial and mining sectors. Lead Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Consultant **Location:** Peru **Work Mode:** Project-based **Working Hours:** Full-time Job Description We are seeking a **Lead Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Consultant** to lead implementation and strengthening projects of Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSHMS) within industrial and mining sector organizations. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising technical activities aimed at complying with current regulations and continuously improving OSH performance. Main Responsibilities * Lead implementation projects of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST). * Coordinate the development and implementation of the IPERC methodology. * Prepare, review, and update technical documentation of the management system. * Provide technical advisory services to clients on OSH matters. * Monitor compliance with established work plans. * Coordinate technical meetings and present project progress reports. * Promote continuous improvement and compliance with applicable legal requirements. Requirements * Professional degree and valid professional license in a field related to Occupational Safety and Health. * Experience participating in **at least four (4\) OSHMS implementation processes** in industrial, mining, or related-sector enterprises. * Experience implementing the IPERC methodology. * Knowledge of Peruvian Occupational Safety and Health legislation, including **Law No. 29783**, **Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR** and its amendments, as well as other applicable regulations. * A Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields is desirable.
