Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in Lean Construction management for Field Engineering or Production roles in building projects. Key Highlights: 1. Civil Engineering Graduate 2. Specialization in Lean Construction Management 3. Experience in educational buildings and infrastructure * **Education:** Civil Engineering Graduate (Mandatory). * **Professional Registration:** Must hold a valid and active registration with the Peruvian Institute of Engineers (CIP) (Required). * **Required Specializations:** * Training or specialization in Lean Construction Management (use of tools such as Last Planner, Lookahead, etc.). * **General Experience:** Minimum three (3) years of general professional experience on building construction sites. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Field Engineer, Production Engineer, or equivalent role in building or educational infrastructure projects.
