**FUNCTIONS:** \- Monitor engineering systems: Fire Protection System, Air Conditioning Chiller, Generator Set, Water Heaters, Pump Room, Electrical Substation. \- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment, ensuring their proper use and operation, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. \- Inspect and maintain all hotel facilities in optimal condition (interior and exterior facades, corridors, common areas for staff and guests). \- Perform tasks and/or activities related to thorough Room Maintenance scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor. \- Verify the proper operation of all equipment. \- Inspect kitchen equipment: hoods, ovens, grease traps, and burners, and coordinate periodic cleanings with kitchen staff. **PROFILE:** \* Education: Preferably an Electrical Technician, though not mandatory. \* Skills: Plumbing, pipefitting, carpentry, painting, masonry. \* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hotels or related fields. \* Schedule: Rotating shifts \* Residence: Arequipa Job type: Full-time, Permanent Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site
