Odoo / Python Developer – Arequipa (AQP) At IT Grupo, a consulting firm specialized in ERP solutions and digital transformation, we are looking to hire an **Odoo / Python Developer** to join our team in **Arequipa (AQP)** and participate in corporate projects. We seek professionals with analytical capabilities, a results orientation, and software development experience. Location **Arequipa (AQP)** – On-site mode Responsibilities * Development and customization of Odoo modules. * Integration with APIs and external systems. * Maintenance and enhancement of existing modules. * Working with PostgreSQL, Git, and best development practices. * Coordination with functional consultants to implement corporate solutions. Requirements * **Minimum 1 year of experience developing in Odoo.** * Experience in Python development. * Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules. * Proficiency in PostgreSQL / SQL. * Knowledge of Git. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of XML, QWeb, ORM, ACL, and Record Rules. * Experience with REST/API integrations. * Familiarity with Linux, Docker, or Odoo.sh. * Understanding of corporate business processes.
