Job Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate to support operational planning, monitoring, and reporting for units and personnel, with guaranteed training. Key Highlights: 1. Support in operational planning and monitoring of units and personnel. 2. Registration and updating of operational information in systems. 3. Preparation of basic operational reports. **REQUIREMENTS** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or related fields. * No prior experience required (training will be provided). * Proficiency in office software tools. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Must reside in Arequipa. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support daily planning and scheduling of units. * Conduct operational monitoring of units in the field. * Register and maintain up-to-date operational information in systems. * Prepare basic operational reports on services performed. * Monitor material and repair service requirements. * Support monitoring of staff rosters. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment with all legally mandated benefits. * Pleasant working environment.
