**Academic Background** * **Bachelor's degree and/or title in Architecture.** * Current professional registration and license (desirable). * Specialization or diploma in **Urban Planning, Urban Design, or Urban Development** is desirable. **Work Experience** * **Minimum 2\-5 years of experience** in: * Design and planning of land subdivision and urban development projects. * 3D modeling and rendering of projects. * Managing procedures to obtain urban, environmental, and municipal permits. * Experience in projects including basic service networks (water, sewage, electricity, green areas, etc.). **Technical Skills** * **Design and Modeling:** * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, and **Revit** for creating architectural and urban plans. * Experience in rendering using **Lumion**, **V\-Ray**, and other architectural visualization software. * **Regulations:** * Up-to-date knowledge of local regulations related to urban development, zoning, and technical requirements for permits. * **Management Tools:** Proficient in software such as **Microsoft Project** or similar for coordinating schedules and activities. * Ability to prepare descriptive reports, technical files, and regulatory compliance reports. **Job Objective:** Design functional and aesthetically attractive urban subdivisions, model and render 3D projects for presentation, and manage necessary procedures to obtain licenses and permits required for timely execution of urban development projects. **Compensation Scheme** * **Fixed Salary:** Ensures economic stability.
