Positive work environment. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Arequipa \- Umacollo **Work Schedule:** Full-time Job Description We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** for a food concession, who will be responsible for supporting the control and management of supplies, ensuring timely replenishment to maintain proper operation of the food service. Main Responsibilities * Monitor the entry and exit of supplies, food items, and materials. * Verify supply orders according to operational requirements. * Monitor order lead times and restocking of critical supplies, especially gas. * Prepare weekly and monthly supply requisitions. * Calculate orders for meat products, groceries, vegetables, and other supplies. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. * Manage and track payment of supplier invoices. * Maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records. * Report stockouts, shrinkage, or consumption variances. Requirements * Technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles (preferably within food concessions or the food industry). * Knowledge of inventory control and supplier management. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Benefits * Formal employment under the **MYPE regime**. * Labor benefits at **50% as stipulated by law**. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and growth.
