accounting information in systems and spreadsheets (invoices, GRE, PO, etc.).\n* Coordinate payments, invoicing, and follow-up on collections.\n* Handle phone calls and coordinate with suppliers and customers for product delivery and pickup.\n* Provide support to the accounting and logistics departments as needed.\n\n**Requirements:**\n\n* Technical studies in Industrial Administration or related fields.\n* Intermediate level of Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).\n* Good writing, organization, and attention to detail.\n* Previous experience in similar roles is desirable (minimum 6
