**We are looking for a Project Manager with QA (PM/QA Lead)** to ensure on-time and high-quality deliveries, leading planning, execution, and control with **Monday.com**. Your mission: turn requirements into predictable releases, with **full traceability** (Req → Story → Case → Defect → Release) and a well-orchestrated multidisciplinary team. **What you will do** * Design **Test Strategy/Plan** per release/sprint and maintain the **Traceability Matrix**. * Lead ceremonies: daily, planning, review, retro; **defect triage committee** with SLAs. * Delegate tasks to junior staff (test cases, evidence, smoke/regression) and validate deliverables. * Implement dashboards and **automations in Monday.com**; create KPI dashboards. * Align SDLC with **ISO 27001** (evidence, changes, access) and coordinate UAT / sign-off. **Responsibilities:** **Planning and control:** define roadmaps, scope, schedules and budgets; develop plans based on PMBOK / Agile (Scrum, Kanban). we work with monday.com **Team leadership:** coordinate architects, Security-QA and developers; facilitate dailies, retrospectives and remove blockers. **KPIs and metrics:** design and monitor KPIs (Burndown, Lead Time, Defect Density, % automated tests); report weekly to Management via Power BI dashboards. **Quality and security:** align SDLC with ISO 27001, OWASP and DevSecOps best practices; approve QA gates and secure code reviews. **Risk management:** maintain risk register, impacts and mitigation plans; apply lessons learned. **Stakeholder management:** lead progress meetings, demos and requirement management; negotiate priorities and scope changes. **Continuous improvement:** promote a culture of metrics and CI/CD automation; propose trainings and technical coaching. **Requirements** * 3–5 years in IT; ≥2 years in project management (agile/hybrid) and ≥2 in functional QA. * Proven experience in **defect management**, coverage, metrics (DRE, pass rate, SLA, ageing). * Strong skills in **Monday.com** (or Jira/Asana) \+ repos/CI (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps). * Clear communication, servant leadership and results focus. **Plus**: ISTQB, Scrum/PSM, PMI-ACP/PMP, knowledge of non-functional testing and experience with **ISO 27001**. **Metrics we will track** DRE ≥ 90% · Leakage ≤ 2% · Coverage ≥ 95% · Pass rate ≥ 92% · SLA ≥ 95% · On-time ≥ 95%. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm onsite Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 \- S/.5,000.00 per month Work location: Onsite job
