Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for electrical installation design and automation in real estate projects, with utility company coordination experience. Key Highlights: 1. Design and drafting of electrical plans for residential projects. 2. Implementation of automation systems. 3. Management and follow-up of procedures with utility companies. We seek an Electrical Engineer focused on electrical installation design and automation, with experience in real estate projects and utility company coordination. **Main Responsibilities:** · Design and drafting of electrical plans for residential projects. · Development of medium-voltage solutions (substations, feeders, etc.). · Implementation of automation systems (mandatory). · Management and follow-up of procedures with utility companies (e.g., Luz del Sur, Enel, etc.). · Coordination with other project disciplines. · Technical support during construction execution. **Requirements:** · Certified Electrical Engineer (professional registration preferred). · 2–3 years of experience in electrical design. · Knowledge of medium-voltage systems and electrical regulations. · Experience in automation (essential). · Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux or similar software. · Experience handling procedures with utility companies. **Competencies:** · Technical capability and attention to detail. · Proactivity and process management. · Coordination skills and teamwork ability.
