We seek an Electrical Engineer focused on electrical installation design and automation, with experience in real estate projects and utility provider management. **Main Responsibilities:** · Design and preparation of electrical plans for residential projects. · Development of medium-voltage solutions (substations, feeders, etc.). · Implementation of automation systems (mandatory). · Management and tracking of procedures with utility providers (e.g., Luz del Sur, Enel, etc.). · Coordination with other project disciplines. · Technical support during construction execution. **Requirements:** · Licensed Electrical Engineer (professional registration preferred). · 2–3 years of experience in electrical design. · Knowledge of medium-voltage systems and electrical regulations. · Experience in automation (mandatory). · Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, or similar software. · Experience handling procedures with utility providers. **Competencies:** · Technical capability and attention to detail. · Proactivity and process management. · Coordination ability and teamwork skills.
