**Resident Engineer – Urban Road Construction Projects**
We are currently seeking a **Resident Engineer** for urban road construction projects, responsible for technical direction, progress control, resource coordination, and compliance with project technical specifications.
**Approximate project start date:** Late July or early August.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate in **Civil Engineering**.
* Valid professional license and active registration with the professional association.
* Minimum of **3.70 years**, equivalent to **44 months**, of experience in urban road construction projects.
* Proven experience as a Resident Engineer, Supervisor, Inspector, Supervision Manager, Site Manager, or similar position.
* Experience in urban road construction projects, including roadways, sidewalks, pavements, shoulders, curbs, urban stormwater drainage, traffic signage, urban road improvement, or similar.
* Knowledge of public works execution, quantity surveying, valuations, schedules, site diaries, quality control, and on-site safety and health.
* Availability to commence work on-site by late July or early August.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Technically and administratively direct the execution of the project.
* Verify compliance with the technical file, drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
* Coordinate with supervision, contracting entity, technical personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Monitor physical and financial progress of the project.
* Prepare, review, and justify quantity surveys, valuations, technical reports, and project documentation.
* Manage efficient use of assigned personnel, equipment, materials, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
* Timely record and substantiate relevant events in the site diary.
