Job Summary: Civil Engineer with experience in project supervision, demolition, and house construction, responsible for the structural design, calculation, and supervision of civil engineering works. Structural safety assessment and proposal of solutions **Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, licensed and registered professional** Experience in project supervision, demolition, and house construction **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare structural designs for buildings, residential units, offices, industrial plants, bridges, and other civil engineering works. * Perform structural calculations considering loads, seismic forces, wind, self-weight, building usage, and soil conditions. * Develop structural drawings, calculation reports, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs. * Review and validate technical documents, architectural drawings, geotechnical reports, utility plans, and structural drawings. * Supervise on-site structural construction, verifying reinforcement steel, concrete, formwork, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls. * Assess structural safety of existing buildings, expansions, renovations, or strengthening works. * Propose structural strengthening, repair, rehabilitation, or demolition solutions as appropriate. * Coordinate with architects, sanitary engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, geotechnical engineers, and contractors. * Verify compliance with the National Building Regulations, technical standards, seismic codes, and safety standards. * Prepare technical reports, structural expert assessments, damage diagnostics, and recommendations. * Control quality of structural materials such as concrete, steel, aggregates, welds, and prefabricated elements. * Participate in technical meetings, field inspections, data collection, and resolution of on-site queries. * Evaluate structural risks during construction and propose preventive measures. * Review payment valuations, physical progress, and technical compliance of structural work items. * Sign and assume technical responsibility for structural designs, reports, drawings, and documents, where applicable.
