Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for an accredited environmental laboratory, responsible for billing and administrative management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper functioning of the billing and service systems. 2. Collaborate with the commercial department on service billing. 3. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in the administrative area. ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited Environmental Laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking an **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student/Graduate/Professional/Technician in Administration, Engineering or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar or equivalent positions * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office proficiency Residence in areas adjacent to Callao \- Bellavista \- San Miguel \- SMP **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comply with the company’s Management System Policy and other Management System guidelines. * Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in the administration area and report them to the immediate supervisor. * Verify the correct functioning of the billing system. * Issue invoices for all services performed, in coordination with the commercial department. * Ensure that units and service types indicated in proforma invoices match those billed. * Responsible for issuing customer Credit Notes. * Verify that all invoices are delivered during the day. * Receive from drivers the delivery confirmations for invoices delivered during the day. * Archive delivery confirmations and issued invoices in sequential order. * Report anomalies or inconsistencies found in proforma invoices or service orders to the Head of Administration. * Other duties assigned and inherent to the position. **SKILLS:** * Effective verbal and written communication * Teamwork * Planning and organizational skills Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
