We are **METAL SELVA**, a company dedicated to the hardware industry for over 8 years, and we are currently seeking a **COMMUNITY MANAGER**. **Responsibilities:** * Execute social media moderation according to communication strategy or brand plan. * Support the development of social media strategies. * Provide target audience insights to support campaign development. * Create, write, propose, and develop new digital content alternatives. * Analyze digital world trends and adapt them to the company's needs. * Manage various social media accounts. Increase brand presence. * Creatively participate in visual content creation. * Propose and execute content calendars based on original ideas and current trends. * Produce videos for Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook. * Write copy for social media. * Edit videos for Tiktok, etc. * Monitor and respond to the company’s digital communication channels through messages and comments. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience creating trending video content for social media, especially IG Reels and Tiktok. * Basic knowledge and handling of camera and lighting for video production. * Creative and productive, adaptable to change, team-oriented, and focused on achieving company goals. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a constantly growing company. * A space to develop your skills, showcase your creativity, and learn from other professionals within our team.
