Specialization in Human Resources, ERP handling (ALVISOF MANDATORY) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Availability: Willingness to work on-site in Marcona – 6x1 system. Functions: - Keep updated the necessary data for the payroll process in order to comply with current legal regulations. - Process, validate and execute all payroll calculation and payment processes, and analyze payroll information. (common and civil regimes) - Review and execute payment processes, remunerations, vacations, settlements and deductions. - Timely resolve inquiries regarding changes in regulations, payroll payments and legal obligations raised by employees and clients, providing quality service. - Analyze payroll-related information coordinating with accounting and treasury departments, ensuring established deadlines are met. - Support and train various delegations and human resources personnel on the use of organizational tools and procedures.
