Knowledge and Skills: * Willingness and ability to learn scientific research methodology; prior knowledge is not required. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Analytical, synthetic, and writing skills. * Attention to detail and work rigor. * Initiative and proactivity; ability to work independently. * Commitment to objectives and openness to continuous improvement.
