At Falabella, we’re looking for our next Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Corporate Technology Management team! What is the primary objective of this role? To develop and propose solutions within agile teams required to create value in Falabella Group’s software products. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Collaborate with cell members on planning, scope definition, design, development, and testing of software—aiming to deliver new product capabilities through continuous delivery to production. * Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and backend teams to achieve optimal software solutions and optimize the development process. * Collaborate to apply engineering and architectural practices (Tech Rules) across all developments, aiming to build technically high-quality, maintainable, and extensible products over time. * Design and develop documentation to enable third-party understanding of implemented software work (e.g., diagrams, pseudocode), representing the sequence of activities in new and existing processes and systems. * Act as a liaison with offshore teams and clients to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks. * Analyze, propose, and implement production issue solutions based on best practices, enabling continuous improvement and ongoing support for products built by cells, as well as rapid response to potential production failures. * Develop proof-of-concept projects.
